60k for 2 isn't exactly a huge income (even in GBP) , I would think you'd have to be in the range of 200k or so to routinely pay cash money to fly in J, and not have it stress your finances.

There's a reason ~80% of aircraft seating in general is Y. For most people, it isn't worth the money.
