Yahillwe - your notwithstanding I'll take the bait.

I can afford to pay from my own pocket - for self, wife, son (all BAEC Gold) and daughter (BAEC Silver); one of the benefits of earning a good tax-free salary in the MENA region.

However - to quote the OP - I never purchase 'premium cabins from LHR'. All our premium cabin flights are either ex-EU or ex-CAI (where, in particular, QR F/J fares are one of life's biggest bargains).
