Thanks Schweden. Unfortunately I can't change my itinerary, and I'm flying into OSL and out of ARN. My plan is actually:

fly to ARN; spend a couple of days in the city
pick up rental car in-city, drive to GOT
couple of days in GOT
drive to ARN; return car in-city
spend a few more days in ARN w/o car

I could also drive to GOT and then fly to ARN, but either way I'm driving one way from Oslo to somewhere. I've priced out picking up in-city and at airport and although airport is cheaper it's not by much and any option I've found includes the 2100 NOK drop fee. Unfortunately because I'm in Oslo for a few days and then going to GOT, Malmo and Karlstad aren't really options.

Appreciate any other tips you may have! Autoslash's RQ "DRIVE" doesn't seem to work anymore (at least on int'l trips).
