Today I read a news article describing how a new set of routes to Cuba were approved and ticket sales were to begin soon for US based carriers like Frontier, American, Sun Country (lol), and a few others.

Does IHG have a presence in Cuba? Has there ever been a discussion about it that we know of?

Did they have a presence there before the "troubles" began?
