I fares on AA definitely credit to AA, but I've never purchased an AA Vacations package before, and am thus unclear whether there is a distinction between the I fares as a part of AA Vacations and the "regular" ones for sale. I suspect there won't be, but I'll leave it to more experienced posters to confirm.
