We've been to the Flower Show several times, but have always driven home on the same day (it's only about 90 minutes). BUT, the crowds are incredible on a weekend during the day. I thought it would be nice to stay overnight, get a little pampering, and hopefully get to see the show in the late afternoon & evening, when most of the daytrippers go home (I'm making an assumption here).

The rates for the flower show are $295 & $315 (and up) including 2 tickets and breakfast at the Four Seasons.

The Hilton Garden Inn starts at $188 for 2 tickets & continental breakfast. Just about the same deal for the Loews.

The regular weekend rates at the FS are $220 & $240 (& up), so we're trying to decide if we want to take the package, or do it a-la-carte, since our experience has always been that a-la-carte is cheaper.

So, it looks like you've all convinced me that the FS is a deal for the $$$. Now all we have to do is decide on package or not.
