Under catering and 'we apologise if your first choice is no longer avaialble'

We have been subjected to years of being taken for fools. Cabin crew are forced to tell lies all the time. There has been systematic under catering: in Economy of late regularly fewer 'snacks' have been loaded than there are passengers booked to avoid 'wastage' should some passengers decline to have their meals. The leaders of BA care deeply about the environment as they do about 'children leading incredibly tough lives in cities all over the world'. Maybe they could send these children the tens of millions of Pounds they make by not supplying the products customers pay for? When two items of the more expensive choice are loaded and 60 of the less expensive one (Eco, premium Eco, Club, first) when the band three snack on 'very short' 2.5 hour flights are enough for 2/3 of the passengers, crew are required to pretend this is an 'accident' and apologise for the inconvenience. Hot meals on band 4 in Economy have been on and off for years: when not available, a pretty excuse was supposed to be fed to customers. A lot of crew and pilots too now ( the gentlemen heading up the company are now getting after the pilots following the model of running down Eurofleet and WW fleet) do talk to passengers: they love BA unlike its current overlords. And no, I am not and never have been employed by BA or any other airlines. I just hate being lied to and being tricked: it's demoralising and embittering.
