Sweet Willie - Again, let me emphasize that my trip was 9 years ago, so things could very well have changed.

Anyways, they are definitely "single" beds (something similar to Twin), with upper and lower berths. You get served dinner right after departure in your own cabin (better than airline food in Y, but not really that special), and then an attendant will come lower the bed for you. The lounge car is pretty nice, but we were so tired after days of travelling that we hardly spent any time there.

I believe you get a sink in the cabin, but bathrooms are shared.
