just got a reply e-mail about how I can obtain a ticket from sncf.com, since USA is not one of deliverable address. sncf told me that I can pay online and pick up any time before departure.

Dear Sir or Madam,

In reply to your message, please find the following information.

It is impossible to send you the tickets at home in the US.

Now on our server, you can reserve and pay on our server with a payment
system.

You can withdraw in a French railway station your ticket just before
the departure of your train. You have to choose a withdraw in France.

I inform you that the bank card used for the payment is necessary when
you withdraw your tickets at the SNCF desk.

The payment is only accepted over 1 euro and under 800 euros.
The bank cards accepted are :
The French bank cards
The bank cards Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa (except Diners Club and
American Express cards).

The tickets can be picked up in France at any SNCF desk ( CDG Airport,
Paris Montparnasse...).

hi, I am in USA. can I still have the tickets delivered to my home? I
don't see USA listed on any of the annex lists. even on my personal
detail (below, when I am asking you this very question), USA is not listed
under "country"
