Hi ALL,
My mother will fly from SGN-NRT in JAL (J) , then NRT- LAX in SQ (F) in the same day (3 hours gap in between).
1) Does she have to go through custome to get her luggage from JAL and check in again at SQ terminal?
2) Is 3 hrs enought time?
3) I will ask for wheel chair service since she can't walk for a long time, I'm wondering if the wheel chair assistant will help her all the way throught custome and then checkin?
