The sooner BA goes to BoB the better. This really was inevitable in Y, the switch from some grim hot meal to the 'crap in a wrap' cold service. I don't find either option particularly appealing.

No doubt it will be accompanied by the inevitable excuses along the 'forgot to load the return catering' lines as well.
