Again, for today's SAN-DEN segment, the reservation details both online and on the app indicate that I have Premier Access--even though I never purchased it (because I now have Pre-Check). It showed up starting about two days ago. It's not listed on my boarding pass. I called UA today to ask about it, and the CSR was stumped. She also stated maybe it was because (this is verbatim) I was "sitting in premium economy."
