I hereby rescind my upthread positive review.

The points continue to fail to post, and the added effort to get stays to accrue takes this hotel out of my bi-monthly biz-trip Palm Springs hotel lottery. The desk manager did helpfully point out that it's not their problem, but a problem with the system. I resisted responding with a helpful comment of my own.
