I once entered a wrong passport on an international journey (at least I entered another passport than the one I showed at check-in). It confused all the ground staff greatly and everything took a long time but in the end it was no problem.
Though wizz air might be less lenient than other carriers, as long as you bothered to print the boarding pass (if not you get a fine !) you are not going to have to pay a fine let alone that they would refuse you for the flight.
