I'm done with IHG.

I switched to them 4 years ago, and have been RA every year since (averaging 65/60/3, basically all stays at IC's). I've qualified every year, and this year they will not budge at all. My revenue doesn't matter, but some new arbitrary limit that they won't tell me matters.

All other major brands are chomping my company to status match me and comp suite upgrades. At an average of $300USD/night, they're letting over $16K/yr walk out the door due to the new inane program changes.

Most frustratingly a coworker re-quald two months ago at ~65/40/3, so the new opaque changes are very new.
