I vaguely remember this has been commented earlier IIRC, but neither FT search nor Google search could find it so I am starting a new thread.

I have a "book with App" task in my Accelerate. So I want to book with App. And I always check the 5k bonus pack option, which I see now on few bookings I am about to make. They are available. I can also find the App function to book bonus packages. Fine. I go to booking and the 5k rate pack is there until selecting the room and there the problem starts, the detailed rates for that room (standard) show all but the 5k package (I can even see 1000 package but I don't want that).
Oh where disappears the 5k option then? I even tried to make a booking through all that and selected a best flexible rate which has same rules and price as the 5k package which I can see on website ihg.com (where it IS bookable), until confirmation and once checking the reservation, it only shows bset flexible rate and nothing about the 5k.

Frustrated. Is there a way to book 5k pack after all with App or not?
