why didn't you ask an fa for a glass of water

the potable water comes out of a hose similar to the hosed water in your yard. it's treated but it goes through some ratched pipes. the aircraft tanks only get bleached out every 5 years.

the water itself is fine but the water will have a bleachy taste to it. the water comes from the potable water tank on the plane and not the toliet. it's fine for tooth brushing.

remember this is the same water the coffee is made with

which is why the whole switching to illy is just a silly gimmick that will have no impact on the actual taste of the coffee
