You may keep your upgrade request for OT until FEB 17 and then get refunded as you will be refunded by them anyway AFTER your flight. I suggest you contact them by the same email you got OT itinerary. They will solve the case in 1-2 weeks. I got refunded 2 weeks after they admitted that OT cannot provide an upgrade with SAS anymore. At the same time when emailing to OT I did a Plusgrade bid. You can do it too and see what happens. Airliners tend not to like double bookings so I suggest you either keep with OT to get declined upgrade decision and refund in Feb/Mar 17 or take your better chances: email OT, claim your refund, OT cannot upgrade you anyway and same time just place your bid on Plusgrade. OT will be then refunded in weeks.
The silence with OT here is, that some used OT mostly with their frequent flights paid by corporate; things has changed now. Regardless of this, I would too like to hear it OT bid have accepted in this summer.
