I don't remember seeing the wristbands but UA ALPA pilots for a while wore buttons that said "Sweet 16" or "W.O.E." That really showed their commitment to doing their best for their customers by making their own company look bad.

"Sweet 16" referred to making every flight 16 minutes late so it would hurt UA's DOT on-time reporting numbers. "W.O.E." was short for "withdrawal of enthusiasm" and that is self-explanatory.
