Once you know someone's name, somewhere in cyberspace there is likely a picture.
But no one in a back office is going to be able to easily figure out who I am on LinkedIn or Facebook.

Yes, there's a picture given my name. But figuring out which of those pictures is actually me is quite another matter.
I worked at a company in the past where our office had multiple people who shared my first and last name. So even knowing where I work (which I think is a stretch for the person assigned to find photos of SEs) isn't going to work.
