Two years ago UA somehow memorized a generic office phone number I called in from once. The system would greet any caller from the office with my flight details. Problem was, that number was not stored anywhere in my profile that was visible to me or any first line customer support personnel. I wrote in and called support several times about it, everyone scratching their head. It took almost 2 weeks for United to figure out where it was stored and delete it. They never told me where that place was.
