Absent any of that information, and assuming your inbound is on time or early, my guess is 3.5 hours is plenty of time.
Arriving from BA on Aerolineas Argentina. Flight to PHX on AA. US citizen. No GE. I live in AZ, will be returning from two week trip to ARG.
