does not read or speak Japanese, if such is the case then I am wondering if Izakaya around Shinbashi station will be the best choice…
Well, the izakaya I recommended for grilled chicken and other meats, Dedesuke, has English menus. Anyway, it's where I'd go if I wanted a meal at 11:30 in Shimbashi, since I already know they have very good food and sake.
