The AA Arrivals lounge: LHR T-3 (still temporarily closed - qualifying users have access to the T-5 BA Arrivals lounge - and both close at 14:00 promptly). Some QF flyers have access to the AA Arrivals lounge as follows, and I believe they are offered similar access at the T-5 BA Arrivals lounge whilst the AA lounge is closed. AA Arrivals lounge is supposed to open "soon" during summer.

First and Business Class members arriving in LHR on the same day on a long distance flight marketed and operated by Qantas, or marketed by British Airways and operated by Qantas, or marketed by Qantas and operated by British Airways. Link
Note no guesting is allowed. oneworld rules do not apply to Arrivals lounges.

Amenities include:
  • Wi-Fi (free)
  • Private shower suites
  • Refreshing beverages, including a delicious cappuccino and espresso bar
  • Breakfast bar with hot and cold selections
  • Pressing service
  • Individual workstations
(Pressing is by arrangement as you check in for the shower, and you place your clothing in a strange contraption within the door that allows the attendant and you access without revealing the bathroom interior to the attendant. Very "Rube Goldberg", but it works.)
