Just booked my first stay (1 night) at this hotel in July. I'm Diamond and booked a King Deluxe Room, I get offered an eStandby Upgrade for £0 to Executive Room. So my questions would be :
1. How definite is eStandby Upgrade actually? Is it also based on availability at check in?
2. I'm hoping for a suite upgrade. Will requesting this eStandby Upgrade hurt my chances, since I've been upgraded already?
I'd appreciate any tips and suggestions very much. Cheers!
