Normally they take less than 2 hrs to respond (to direct messages) but the last few days it has been >12 hrs. Looking at their feed they're dealing with 9-hour old tweets at present.
Must be a knock on from the weather cancellations. Normally they're very good, as you say. Perhaps they're just too busy!
