Just curious, but as I am travelling at the moment, I decided to give Twitter a try instead of holding for hours and hours on Skype. Normally they take less than 2 hrs to respond (to direct messages) but the last few days it has been >12 hrs. That is particularly annoying if they ask you a validation question, upping the span of the entire conversation to over 1 day...

Is it me, or is it FLY?
