Delta actually did a magnificent job of getting lie flat all aisle access on the Boeing 767. They can only do so much being the width of the 767 fuselage is quite small. Aside from the AA options as mentioned up thread, you can try UA's 2-3-2 on their 767's. You can only do so much with a plane as wide as the 767. Hats off to DL for doing a great a job as they did.
