Thinking of trying a Gordon Ramsay picnic in an upcoming trip to Oslo.

So as to plan my perfect "ghetto Club Europe" experience (sans hot towel), how long before departure should I leave the lounge so as to get my picnic prepared and get to the gate on time.
  • 15-20 minute order + prep time
  • 5-10 minutes to anywhere in T5A
  • Get to gate 25 minutes before departure?

So leave Galleries an hour before departure?
