Just make your friend clear, that the A3 lounge in ATH is not to compair to the BA lounges at LHR... It's just an open room with about 100-150 m2, chairs not so comfortable, no privacy and no hot food like at the BA lounge at LHR...

Convince him to go to the ciry and eat some greek food at the plaka area :-).
