As a Chase cardholder, I am unable to book a Standard award seat on this route, even though there are many seats available for sale (but no Saver award inventory)
Perhaps UA has miscoded this route as a partner route, even though it's a UA Express route?
There is an inventory issue for certain UX carriers / flights -- not well understood when the limitation occurs but it is a real issue

If the problem is outside of UX then in the past there has been an issue of not being fully longer it in -
