My family is going through nightmare.
Their first flight lag was cancelled and got eventually booked to another flight to reach destination.
Our 3 check in baggage has been delayed.
I called lufthansa customer service they gave me regular email address(
[email protected]) to file for compensation.
I got return email saying thank you for feedback. ...
How can i claim compensation from Lufthansa Airlines?
I also have insurance through my AMEX card.
Please let me know.
