I've had almost all of the problems indicated by others in this thread. I was looking for flights for two people yesterday and after selecting the outbound, it would indicate that it couldn't find return flights. When I changed to one person, it worked fine.
I logged out, changed to a different browser, and it worked fine.
One interesting quirk is that most of the time the link to United Cruises will not work in Chrome, but works fine in IE.
I figure that United doesn't like me because I do too much "dream" booking, and not enough "actual" booking.
In reality, usually if I shut down my browser and restart, this solves the problem, but not always. If this doesn't work, I move to a different browser. If this doesn't work, I restart my computer. I think the previous answer of clearing memory and cookies might be the best.
