The FRA - NRT flight is operated by the 787-9, thus the SS9 note. Whereas most other routes on that list are operated by the 787-8 (SS8). Routes with the NEO 787 don't appear on the list (YVR, SAN, etc.), so I think it's pretty safe to assume that you'll be on a plane with the suite.
