I would choose the Radisson Blu Oslo Airport for the second night as you are leaving rather early. Very nice property with modern rooms. Oslo is a very beautiful city and I would stay in the center for the first night. There are a few Radisson properties to choose from which are rather good. The Radisson Blu Scandinavia or Plaza (by the railway station) are both excellent choices.
Be wary of the Radisson. On my last stay, a conference moved from their conference room to the bar at 10pm and stayed there until after the bar "closed" at 2am. The upgraded room had internal windows overlooking the bar and the noise made sleep impossible.
It was so bad that I actually got dressed and went downstairs to complain. The net result was that the manager accepted it was a problem and waived the not inconsiderable room charge. That was nice, but I would have rather have had 6 hours sleep before my 7:30am flight.
