Livingstone, Zambia (LVI):

1) One immigration officer for two plane loads of non-SADC citizens, each requiring a visa sticker
2) You go through security with your checked bag prior to reaching the check-in kiosks (in hindsight, this means no stupid liquid rules, but it was daunting for the uninitiated)
3) Pretty much one check-in agent per flight. No priority for those with status.
4) One of the worst departure lounges I've ever seen. Teeny tiny. Toilet doors didn't even close let alone lock. Little in the way of shops.

Weirdly, it did have a lounge, but it was closed when I passed through.
