This was my first time in Palm Springs, and I enjoyed meeting all of you Sat night! Thanks again to all, especially GKG

We got all the upgrades requested 7 days out, and all the US flights were good, except my friend's last leg to AVL, which was cancelled. US routed him CLT - GSP and then ground transport to AVL....well, **it happens and we laughed about it.
