TK will not be able to deal with such request. As you were rerouted to a non-*A carrier, TK will refuse to credit miles as remumeneration for the miles cannot be obtained from LA (there is no agreement between these carriers). Also TK cannot credit miles for the original AV leg when the flight was not flown and AV is likely to refuse any milage request (as there is no trace of the OP boarding the flight in question)

You need to approach AV and ask them to credit miles for the original flight to TK. The initiave and instructions to TK needs to come from AV. I have no idea how AV will respond to such request.
