NYC-NRT 787 - what kind of business class to expect?

I'm going to japan and will likely be on an JAL operated flight
Going will be on a 777 to which I understand has the lie-flat sky suites

coming back I'd be on a 787 and I can't figure out whether JAL has revamped all their 787 to have the sweet looking flat suite or whether I may have that neb-shell thing.

This would be february 2017. Can anyone comment on whether all the tokyo to NRT 787 may be remodeled by then?
