You posted your story expecting to get sympathy and when you are called out on it, you play the victim card.

You messed up by putting the water bottle in an UNOCCUPIED seat. You also got your money back when the woman paid you for the bottle after drinking it by accident.

Just chalk it up to lesson learned and don't put your stuff in UNOCCUPIED seats next time.
