Normaly this is for my not a problem, but I don't know if they can see this when it is the same airline and they maybe deny you from boarding because I did not complete the last leg of your initial ticket.
I'd not recommend double-bookings within the same airline.
In some cases, a flight can get cancelled if the system detects that you should be in the air at the same time as your flight.
Perhaps grab a flight operated by KLM, Transavia, Vueling or Easyjet which fly that same route... easier than risking it with TAP
