Requested a transfer on May 25th, and my points have not yet posted in my Virgin America account. The e-mail I received indicated that they would be posted in 4-6 business days, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone just informed me that it's up to 14 business days for Virgin America. Not sure who to believe, but this has been my slowest SPG transfer yet.
My apologies, but since the terms state:
"Please note that airline transfer awards to Virgin America Elevate may require up to 4-6 business days handling and processing time."
Whoever told you it was 14 business days was in error. If you will send me your SPG account number via PM here at Flyertalk or to the email address below, I will request an airline transfer follow-up and if the associate left enough evidence to identify themselves, I'll see to it that they are correctly informed going forward.
