Nope. The tunnel is airside. Just remember to keep walking and go past the escalators heading up to T5. I sometimes see people getting to that midpoint with a confused look on their face.
The access to the tunnel is in the middle of T6 near a cluster of restaurants. Lots of construction going on in that are right now.
Take the escalators down. Signs will also reference baggage claim, so check the signs carefully so you don't end up leaving airside. The tunnel is long and fairly narrow, so stay alert for carts. You will come to another escalator/elevator lobby, which is for T5. Continue walking further down a second long, narrow tunnel and you will come to T4. The access point to go up to T4 is less convenient as the escalators is down only. There is an elevator off to the side or you can hike up a few stairs. It's easy to miss the way up to T4 if you are walking mindlessly and then you'll end up at the exit only doors to T4 baggage claim.
