I'm lucky enough to have the chance to try out the Conrad next week at the end of a work trip. I'll be checking out and then heading back to LHR T5 one morning- from reading this thread, it sounds like taking the tube (circle to piccadilly) is my best bet for getting to LHR. I've never done that in London (usually take heathrow express and/or taxi) - I'll be travelling with luggage (a suitcase and a shoulder-bag) - will that be a problem on the tube during rush hour? I'm not worried about carrying my things up/down stairs, but more whether it will be too crowded or frowned upon...
