Depending where you are trying to access the lounge, they may go by what the boarding pass says.

When you check in, see what your boarding pass says. If it says "Silver" (or OWS) then just present it at and hope

Some reservations get updated very slowly. My partner was no longer AA Platinum (OWS) for months before she travelled on one occasion, but a BA boarding pass still had her down as OWS.
