Are you talking about their "oma-ru ebi" bisque? Maybe I'm too used to the rich artery-clogging lobster bisque in Boston, but that one didn't do it for me. I've had a couple other soups there that I liked better but can't remember which one. Their rice is really excellent, I agree. I don't know what's different about their rice, but it's really delicious and goes well with any of their soups. They sprinkle on some sesame and that might be the key, but there has to be something else in their formula.
