I'm not sure why they don't do it - I wonder if they just have a big carton of milk and split it - or if they actually come in the small ones and they pour it into the glass so it looks nicer. I know they don't necessarily carry milk on flights, because Oma flight a couple of days earlier, I asked for some and was told they only have coffee creamer.
