Not sure what the issue is using it? someone gets a referral credit ?

I did not want to wait any longer.. I asked Barclays directly and they did

not give me a definite answer as to when they would have the card application available

Then I came across this link that I posted.. I applied, instantly approved, card is in my account already.. all is good IMHO.
