Then HHonors should let them if they don't want to play ball. I'm sure they enjoy increased traffic from HHonors loyalists the rest of the year to make up for it.
I've never used it, but the Diamond Guarantee is a benefit of Hyatt I really like. If I'm willing to pony up for it ($$$), I get a room.
