I'd aim for 6:10. Uber is OK, although sometimes at that hour drivers may be a little scarce. I've never had an issue booking a taxi at that time of morning, 2-4 mins arrival time after booking - but I live nearby to Little India, which is more of a 24 hr place than a lot of Singapore.
